NuHealth's sildenafil program is built around clinical fit and privacy, not a checkout flow. Every plan combines the medication, supervised provider care, and discreet delivery.

Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor. It increases blood flow to the penis by relaxing smooth muscle in the penile arteries when sexual stimulation is present. It does not produce arousal on its own. NuHealth prescribes a compounded sildenafil preparation, prepared per-patient by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy; a compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved finished drug product.
Best for: Adult men with erectile dysfunction whose provider determines, after clinical review, that sildenafil fits.
What it is
A PDE5 inhibitor prescribed for erectile dysfunction. Most patients start at 50 mg, taken as needed no more than once per 24 hours. Your provider may adjust up to 100 mg or down to 25 mg based on response.
Timeline
Onset is typically 30 to 60 minutes. Effect lasts 4 to 6 hours for most patients. Sexual stimulation is required; sildenafil does not produce arousal on its own.
Monitoring
Initial cardiovascular screen plus check on nitrates, alpha-blockers, and other interacting medications. Dose adjustments and refills happen via direct provider messaging.
Safety: Most patients tolerate sildenafil well. Common side effects are mild and short-lived: headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion. Call emergency care for an erection lasting more than 4 hours, sudden vision or hearing loss, or chest pain.

A 20-minute telehealth call with a board-certified provider. Cover your medical history, current medications, and cardiovascular profile. No credit card required.

Medication ships from a state-licensed pharmacy in plain packaging with no indication of contents. Royal Oak patients can pick up at the clinic instead.
Your provider screens for nitrate use, alpha-blockers, recent stroke or heart attack, vision or hearing concerns, and severe liver or kidney impairment. If sildenafil isn’t safe for you, your provider explains why and discusses alternatives.
Follow-up check-ins, dose adjustments, and refills happen via direct provider messaging. Refills ship in the same discreet packaging.

Three topics, in plain language. If you don’t see your question, the consultation is the place to ask it.
Sildenafil is a PDE5 inhibitor, the class of medication most commonly prescribed for erectile dysfunction. NuHealth prescribes a compounded sildenafil preparation, made per-patient by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy when your provider determines a personalized formulation fits your situation. A compounded preparation is not an FDA-approved finished drug product.
For most patients, sildenafil starts working 30 to 60 minutes after taking it. A heavy or high-fat meal can slow the onset. The effect typically lasts 4 to 6 hours, though individual response varies. Sexual stimulation is required. Sildenafil does not produce arousal on its own.
Most adult men with erectile dysfunction may be candidates. Sildenafil is generally not prescribed for patients on nitrate medications, with significant cardiovascular disease, recent stroke or heart attack, severe liver disease, retinitis pigmentosa, or interacting alpha-blockers. Your provider screens for all of these during the consultation.

NuHealth doesn't currently work with insurance for sexual health programs. The $90/month cash price is fully transparent. HSA and FSA cards are accepted where eligible.
The most common side effects are mild and short-lived: headache, facial flushing, nasal congestion, indigestion. Less common but serious side effects include a prolonged erection (call emergency care if longer than 4 hours), sudden vision or hearing changes (stop the medication and seek care), and chest pain. Your provider reviews your specific cardiovascular profile during the consultation.
