No. Every NuHealth program is priced to be accessible without insurance — our GLP-1 weight loss plans start at $125/mo, compared to $1,000-$1,800 for brand-name alternatives. Many patients use HSA/FSA funds, and we'll help you file reimbursement claims where eligible.
Telehealth is available in Michigan, Florida, Alabama, and Mississippi. In-person appointments are available at our Royal Oak, MI clinic. If you're in another state, join our waitlist and we'll notify you when we expand.
Most patients complete their free consultation within 48 hours, get their lab work ordered the same day, and receive medication within 5-7 business days. The total time from first click to needle-in-hand is typically under two weeks.
Treatment plans are built and managed by qualified NuHealth medical providers, with all clinical protocols supervised by Dr. Erald Lula — our board-certified Obesity and Lifestyle Medicine physician. Compounded medications are prepared by a state-licensed 503A compounding pharmacy. You get 24/7 provider access throughout your program.
The initial consultation is a one-time $50 (fully refundable if you're not a candidate). Monthly programs range from $35 (hair) to $265 (Tirzepatide). All prices include medication, lab orders and reviews, nutrition guidance, and provider check-ins. Stand-alone lab panels not part of your program are billed separately. No hidden fees, no surprise bills.
We build titration into every plan. If you're not seeing results within 6-8 weeks, your provider will adjust dose or switch you to a different protocol, and your most recent month can be applied as credit toward the next medication. Your provider will work with you until we find the right fit.
