This is the Mental Clarity IV with a longer, higher-dose NAD+ infusion running alongside it. NAD+ is a coenzyme central to mitochondrial energy production and to the sirtuin and PARP pathways involved in DNA repair; tissue levels decline with age and metabolic stress. Because NAD+ has to be infused slowly to stay comfortable, this session runs considerably longer than a standard drip. Your provider sets the dose at consultation based on your goals and how you have tolerated NAD+ before, which is why pricing starts at $249 and scales with the dose. It is administered by a licensed clinician at our Royal Oak clinic.

Mechanism

About the Mental Clarity + NAD+.
Because the dose is not fixed. Your provider sets the NAD+ amount at consultation based on your goals, your prior response, and how you tolerate the infusion. You will know the number for your session before it starts — nothing is decided mid-drip.
