Each tier inherits everything below it. Performance is the sweet spot for most patients; Elite and Platinum add concierge access and in-home care for the people who need it.
Primary Care
Direct primary care without the insurance maze. Unlimited visits, same-day appointments, and a 10% discount on every NuHealth program.
The sweet spot for most patients. Quarterly labs and an IV drip every month, plus 15% off the programs people actually come to NuHealth for.
Executive
Executive-level access. 24/7 provider line, a full executive physical once a year, monthly InBody, two drips a month, and one house call a year.
VIP Concierge
True concierge medicine. Unlimited house calls, stem-cell scheduling, and white-glove care coordination for the people who run on a different clock.
Every tier includes the underlying medicine. Your provider, your labs, your protocols. Membership just changes what’s bundled, how often we see each other, and how you reach us.
Membership isn’t the only way to work with NuHealth. It’s the cheapest way, the most consistent way, and the easiest way to reach your provider when you need to.
Direct primary care means flat monthly pricing, no claim forms, no out-of-network surprises. Your provider works for you, not for the payer.
10-15% off GLP-1, hormone therapy, IV drips, PRP, and everything else NuHealth offers. For most members, the discount alone covers the monthly fee.
Quarterly labs, monthly check-ins, drips on the schedule that fits your protocol. The kind of follow-through that doesn't happen in an episodic fee-for-service model.

Yes. Every NuHealth program (weight loss, hormone, sexual health, performance, hair and skin, IV) is also available à la carte without a membership. The membership just bundles primary care + discounts + concierge perks on top.
Anytime, month to month. Move up to Elite for an executive physical or down to Core after a busy quarter; the change takes effect the next billing cycle. No contracts.
The medical visits, labs, and prescribed treatments included in a NuHealth membership are typically HSA / FSA eligible. The membership fee itself may or may not be, depending on your specific plan; we recommend asking your HSA / FSA administrator. We do not bill commercial insurance directly.
Nothing. NuHealth+ is direct primary care plus optimization programs. We coordinate with your existing PCP, cardiologist, or any other specialist as needed and share records on request. We are a complement, not a replacement.
Telehealth is the default for visits. In-person care is available at our Royal Oak, MI clinic on Woodward, and the Elite and Platinum tiers add house calls in the surrounding metro Detroit area (1/year for Elite, unlimited for Platinum).
